Think I'm going to be a wuss

and bring my mare in for the Winter tonight. She lives out during the Summer and I was hoping to leave her out til the end of the month. However, it is cold and windy today and we are forecast wet, wet, wet over the next few days so...

That means I have 3 to muck out from tomorrow. Wish I was harder!!

Mine is coming in either this weekend or next. There's no grass and the horses are starting to gather at the gate. She's not too bothered but I want her in before the mud starts as she gets bad mud fever.

I was planning on holding out til the weekend when the clocks change, but having seen the forecast I'm going to be soft too and bring him in tonight.
