If the horse proves to be as well mannered as the advert might suggest then providing it is sound would be worth 4K of anyone's money.
Confo isn't perfect, it's weak behind and blimy it has a big head BUT none of this really matters for a nice RC allrounder.

go with an open mind and def get her 5 stage vetted with bloods, also ask to see passport and make sure it matches, only use yr vet not hers, i live local to her ...........pm if want more info
