I have read so many recipes for it I don't know where to start. I can't find a bath oil either, it is the oil spray?

Somre recipes add more citronella etc so what is the point of the avon spray why not just use water?

As far as I'm aware don't do the bath oil anymore but they do the spray 150ml soft and fresh is the green one - contact avon to get the local rep to drop off book to you then no postage and you can buy when on offer (which it is in campaign 12 and 13) - if you PM your email I can ask avon to get rep to contact you if you would like (I'm rep in RG26 3PA) so anyone near me please don't hesitate to give me a shout ;)

again i've heard so many variations to the 'recipe' of sss and wonder if it HAS to be diluted or can it just be used as it is? i've got some ordered and if it needs to be diluted then will need to buy a bottle to mix it in.

I'm using it neat at the moment, same as on myself. (blue-green bottle).

My home made recipe is to take a 2 litre empty lemonade bottle, then pour in:

1. 2 mugs of (cold) black tea
2. glug of vinegar (mmmm, chips)
3. 1 bottle of SSS
4. 1 bottle (tiny) of Citronella (from chemist or herbal places)
5. top up to 2 litres with water.

shake well.

decant into ex-flyspray bottle (usually a Naf one!). Shake before use.

went to see horses this morning no sss on me and flies all over - just went over again after spraying with sss no flies - so diluted some and have put it on horses so will have to wait and see but sprayed some round door where flies where and they all flew off - certainly smells nicer than other stuff

Avon still sell the bath oil as well as the spray, you can order on their website if you don't have an Avon rep in your area, and it's often on special offer
