 :(

Looking after a friends horses this week, so angry and I absolutely cannot believe it but some trespassing moron has dumped a big cob stallion (and smaller colt) in with her horses one being an in season mare!!!!

So I have come down today to 2 unknown slightly moth eaten horse and a 17 year old ISH looking very pleased with herself. Feeling like its the end of the world right now...

Help what do I do? Have separated them up, contacted land owner, contacted police, contacted horse owner.

Is it worth getting her flushed by the vet now or is it just a case of pinching it if she takes?

This kind of thing could only happen to me :( :( :(

Omg that's awful.

Its obviously not your fault, I don't know enough about breeding to advise but just wanted to sympathise with you.

Could the mare's owner text you with what she wants done (vet check/jab?) then you have something to show the vet and a record in case any "proof" of your actions is ever needed, eg. irresponsible dumper traced. Feel sorry for you as if looking after someone elses horse isn't stressful enough.

I saw this posted on a horsey fb page! Can't believe some people out there! I'm no way is it your fault, can you contact the owner to see what she would like to be done?
