"The laws are there for a reason and even though you may not agree with the wording you should abide by the spirit of the law and for what it stands."

Why? We only have to follow the letter of the law, and in particular the exemptions under the Hunting Act that have allowed hunting to thrive more than 2 years after the ban.

"That's all I'm saying, I happen to be right. Annoying, somewhat boring, but right."

Please...do not delude yourself. You are not right. Your arguments however 'are' annoying because you're 'yes it is, no it is'nt' debating style is very similar to arguing with a 5 year old child....'Oh yes it is' and because of the repetition of the argument it has become INCREDIBLY boring....not 'just' boring.

It is a law....you think you know better than everybody else.....move on. Is there any other angle you can come at your argument from? Please.....

It is a law and it is a crap law so that means I can and do break it publicly whenever I like.

The fact that you find my arguments INCREDIBLY BORING but still read them is INCREDIBLY FUNNY!

It's INCREDIBLY FUNNY because you are INCREDIBLY STUPID!

And yes I know you don't find this funny RSJ, that is the point.

You don't like ereiam do you seetheart, such a shame we could have been beautiful together.

ps I couldn't give a t0$$ about hunting really, It's the CRIME I'm into.

I'm sorry Ereiam if it seems I don't like you.......ehm......'sweetheart'. Its not the case although you do seem a bit confused......I do think however you constantly repeat yourself about flushing deer with your dogs and moan about how 'nobody arrests me'.

I think you are also being very immature about laws. How do you feel about rape, drug dealing, paedophiles, dog/badger baiters etc.? Are they just breaking stupid laws also? I'm afraid you can't pick and choose. 'Dems da rules'.......

"It's INCREDIBLY FUNNY because you are INCREDIBLY STUPID!"

My dad's bigger than your dad etc....

No they are all sensible laws. That's the point! DOH!

Do you think I should shoot my deer?
Do you think I should rape people?

"Dems the rules?"

You can't just pick and choose.
Yes you can! And I do!

Ha ha, lecturing ME about being boring when you are a CIVIL SERVANT. I can see a certain amount of ironly there. Just because your job involves following petty mundane crappy rules because your too scared about getting sacked if you don't, it doesn't mean the rest of you have to.

Face it RSJ you are under the laws thumb because your life is petty and you are too much of a tiny little man to dare break it.

Ereiam on the other hand can break the law whenever he wants. 'Them's the rules' matey, one rule for you and another for me.

This is my first visit to the hunting forum and all I can see is Ereiam_jh showing off and about breaking the law and setting silly dog training challenges.
Am I wrong?

"Ereiam on the other hand can break the law whenever he wants...." IS JUST ABOUT THE FUNNIEST LINE I HAVE READ ON THIS FORUM! I hope you shouted it standing on a desk in front of your school/college/imaginery friends.....

"Face it RSJ you are under the laws thumb because your life is petty and you are too much of a tiny little man to dare break it..."You are starting to sound like an 'arch villain'. The hunting forum Lex Luthor....'mwahahahaha!'

As a slight aside, was not the Labour party founded by people who were prepared to break laws that they considered unjust?

Did women not get the vote because they broke what they viewed as unjust laws?

In an earlier post on a differing thread I made the error of becoming too personal with one of my posts which was rightfully highlighted by Ereiam_jh, I would now suggest that he has fallen fowl of his own standards and is somewhat insulting towards some of the forum members who dare question his activities and reasoning.
Personally I feel that Ereiam_jh has adopted a childish. Immature attitude towards the hunting act, he has grasped on to a single theme of allowing his dogs to chase deer and if he does not shoot the deer then he is guilty of an offence. Can you please offer a different angle to you’re argument, if that’s what you consider an argument.
It’s like those who reside in rural locations who continually drink and drive, the mere fact that the police have not the recourses to cover the entire geographical area of their beats does not mean that they do not care about drink drivers.
There is a saying that laws are made to be broken, you are clearly an anarchist who abides by this saying. What other laws do you blatantly break with so-called impunity?

What a sweeping statement! You've gone from personalising an argument to over-generalisation. Don't more people drink and drive in towns? More people live in them than 'rural locations'.

Not at all, there are drink drivers throughout the country but it’s a fact that you are far more likely to be caught if you commit the offence within the towns and cities of this country as opposed to the more rural and less populated areas. This is due to the lack of police resources in the more rural areas, as is the case of intentionally chasing deer with you’re dogs, the chances of being caught are just as remote.

Too true, but at least I do it with elegance, style and panache.

Too true celt. My personal view is that it is better to be a Childish and Immature tw@t that a Puffed up Pompous Prick. Feel free to differ, it doesn't bother me.

Guilty as charged.

The only law of any consequence that I publicly flout with impunity is the Hunting Act do you have any other suggestions? If I do break others I would do it secretively because if I didn't I'd expect to get prosecuted.

I'm not sure I see your point about the drink drive laws people who get away with drink driving do so because they don't get caught. Somehow I feel that if I schreeched into the police station car park with the four tyres on my stolen car worn down to the cloth, swigging from my second bottle of Jack Daniels, chatting on my mobile phone while puffing away on a large spliff of skunk mixed with morrocan hashish and fionest Columbian cocaine the police might take a little more interest than if I openly set my pet dogs after a few deer.

Only if you did it at a rural police station.

If you did it at any of the inner city stations they would just ignore you. They are far more interested in shop lifters and ASBO disregarders.
