Entered the ponies first ODE and its today! Only problem is that I entered the 2'9" class as she needs some fair sized jumps to look at if she is going to BE, and it turns out the test for that class is BE Novice 111!

There is no way pony can do medium trot, we can do trot and super fast trot and thats about it!

Who puts a Novice test in at 2'9" class??? GAHH!

Wouldn't worry too much about it - my horse can't do medium (at least not when I'm on his back - does it beautifully in the field!) but I still do the odd Novice dressage! I just concentrate on getting better marks elsewhere and being super accurate with my markers etc, never done a BE test but imagine it'll be similar to BD in that medium will only make up a fairly small % of the total mark. Just go and enjoy it!

QR - !!!!!!!!!!! and I bet there will only be 2 fences at 2'9 and the rest will be 2'3"!!
