Yes, interesting. Great for Rosie to get recognition for a very good round. I just can't make my mind up about Andrew Nicholson, he's obviously brilliant but he keeps letting himself down.

Don't write Andrew off as a rider who treats his horses like machines — he may not kiss and cuddle them much, but he thinks much more deeply about them and about how to get the best out of them than most.

Well i'm glad they put this bit in because that was exactly what I was thinking! I'm not a huge AN fan but I respect him as a rider, after the Olympics I had a few opinions but kept that to myself but today just seemed to be the same. Where was the pat? where was the check to see if he was ok? After that I just feel i'm losing what little respect I had for him.

I'm a AN fan, but agree he can come across as being a bit of an a**se at times, but would still much rather support him than some of our "up and coming" young men......

So so so pleased for Rosie, blooming awesome round, and she really is an inspiration

yep
he is one who i think is more lovey dovey with his horses, a few comments he has made about carousel quest has proved this recently
thought he made compeltely the right decision even though i was initially shocked.

not as much as us lot as such but he is more forthcoming with his comments about his horses which makes us believe that he actually likes them and they are not just creatures to him(i didnt want to use the word machines)
