No it wouldnt and hadnt have gone unnoticed.

Its been 'noticed' for a number of weeks and information has been passed to those with the power to do something about it.

I thought the use of the word nag was, as HH said, to avoid repetition of the word horse. There is only so many words to use other than horse. Avoiding repetition is a basic journalistic rule.

You work journalism HH??

I really do hope something can and will be done about this...but personally, I won't be holding my breath for a succesfull outcome.
