Funnily enough I posted something a week or so ago as I was watching my horses in the field and realised that the gelding was not only mounting my new mare, but 'going all the way'. I spoke to the vet and he said that if it carried on next time she was in season I should get him blood tested to see if he was a rig. Just hope she isnt in foal! AAAGH

Yeah im in a similiar situation the my tarty mare has been in and out of season for a while, and he goes mental for her!
He can actually go the full way with her too, which is worrying for me as I dont want a Connemara X Cob foal, and the plan is to sell her next year.

Im going to wait till her next season and if it carrys on move yards!!

Yep mine had managed 'the act' on more than one occasion and is tested and def not a rig but was used as a stally as a youngster so obviously knows it's use!

A friend of mines boy gets "excited" just when being brushed on his belly - she has to make sure there are no small children around

Yours isnt the only one. My highland gelding whacks his belly with his when hes being groomed. My daughter and I always say "He likes what youre doing"
