This recently popped up on my mare's leg

A few weeks ago I noticed that this had popped up on my 7 year old mare's front leg. Does it look like a sarcoid? She doesn't have any other sarcoids or history of them.

Looks like a sarcoid to me.

It looks like a sarcoid to me also. I hope for both our sake it isn't as my horse has something very similar close to his belly button.
