Can't believe the 19 yo boy racer who caused the death of two horses and injuries to two riders walked free from court :mad:

The British justice system needs a complete overhaul IMO

Really??? My goodness I didn't know the story. That is shameful. Sorry to hear all this.
 
Yes, I think it is Benson, and my thoughts are with her and the other rider, and all those involved with this awful issue.

I don't wish the culprit is driving much slower - the very best I can wish for him is that he has nightmares for the rest of his life, reliving the accident whenever he drifts off to sleep, every night, terrible panic attacks whenever he gets into a vehicle of any type which stop him from using any transport other than his own two legs... the worst I can wish for shouldn't be put on a public forum.

I'm with you but the courts didn't see fit to ban him from driving which, in my view is a disgrace :mad:
 
Is this right ?? Youre saying he causes the death of 2 horses, is lucky not to kill the riders and youre telling me he never lost his licence ?The law in this land is definitely an ass,we should all write to our mp's and show our complete and utter disgust at this if its right. What message is that sending to the idiots who already think horses shouldnt be on the road, if it was me id take out a private prosecution and nail his ass to the wall
