This years hay

My supplier has ran out of last years hay now, but has some that was baled 6 weeks ago.
Would you feed it?
I've never fed such fresh hay and just feeling a bit cautious.

Yes as long as its dry and cold you shouldn't have any issues.

Mix it in gradually with some of the old hay if you want to be extra careful.

Yes but mix with old if you can for a week or so

Yes. This is the first time in years my supplier still has some of last years. Normally I have to use it pretty much straight away.
