Does anyone know much difference there is between the older griffin trees and the newer trees in the T4 model?

I have a T4 gp but have just bought a griffin dressage saddle from ebay.

The fitter is coming out tomorrow to fit it but I was wondering if anyone know if there is a significant difference of if thorowgood are still using the same tree?

I don't know what the difference is, but they have changed the trees they use. best just get your saddler to check the fit.

I don't know the difference either, but i got a T4 (advised by master saddler) because they have changeable gullets and my boy changes shape and has a sensitive back. It only cost about £15-20 for a gullet, whereas it costs at least 10 times that for a new saddle!!
