Has anyone on here ever sent their above saddle off to the company to be checked/ repaired?
Had saddler out yesterday to have saddle checked and he found it is knackered (gullet is bendy and therefore no good). He reckons the cost of repair won't be worth it better to get a new one. However, I thought I'd have a ask with Thorowgood to see what they suggest and they said I could send in the saddle and they would check it and say they can repair or not and give a cost.
Has anyone got experience with this and any cost (they couldnt give a cost). I am about to just order a new saddle but maybe this would be more economical...
