After years of only having leather saddles and saying I wouldn't want a synthetic saddle I purchased a Thorowgood t8 anatomical gp saddle for my tb last year. It fits like a gloves and is so comfy, I'm thrilled with it. So now tb is going really well I am getting him a dressage saddle. As these saddles seem to fit him beautifully I'm looking at the dressage version. I like the look of the t8 with the surface knee rolls as opposed to the knee rolls under the flap. Has anyone else got one of these saddles? Are your knee rolls on the surface or underneath? Thanks

I have the under the flap knee rolls T8, my thighs are just a touch too long for it, so I have the knee rolls shoved up as high as they can physically go for it to be comfy for me. I'm currently using it as my every day saddle and it's fine. I recently had a shot on the outside knee rolls one, the seat felt deeper and still really very comfy.
