Has anyone tried this saddle and how does it compare to the T8 cob gp? They say it a new tree so I guess it differs from the cob model- but how? The website didn't offer so many clues I'm afraid.
New horse is a 17 hh WB but is currently overweight and looks basically like a cob on long legs and without all the extra hair. She is a big lady (I've nicknamed her Cobzilla
) in general with no wither, broad big shoulders and a round, broad back.
I really like Thorowgoods in general and thought that it would be a nice stop gap until she sheds all the extra pounds and I can have her fitted for a nice dressage saddle.
I think the cob gp would suit her pretty well, but was intrigued when I saw the low wither model so now I can't decide which one to get.
