Those of you on full livery

I'm happy with my ponies care on 5 day full. If somethign needs altering i just mention it, my pony starting coughing so i asked for my hay to be soaked and it has been done and my feed is damped too. possibly sometimes they may forget to soak my hay but shes not coughing anymore and 9 times out of ten when i arrive in the evening the hay is wet so thats good enough for me.
i once got a bit upset as i asked for rugs to be changed and it wasnt done one evening - but i asked about it and recieved a genuine reason and apology and it didnt happen again so thats fine by me. everyones human. as long as my pony is happy thats fine, she doesnt need to be molly coddled just fed, warm, safe and happy then that is fine by me.

I have been on Full Livery since I got my first horse last March and to be honest it is the only method of livery that suits me at the moment. Due to my shift patterns - 12.5 hour shifts 3 days a week varying whihc day, it would be unfair of me not to provide Ty with a routine.

The yard I am on is very efficient and well run. If you have any issues then you feel more than comfortable speaking to the YO.

If I had gone from DIY to Full Livery, I would probably find it difficult passing over some control to someone else. I hope you find it gets easier for you.
