Is it Utility Warehouse? (very good, I have all my utilities through them).
I guess it's some sort of network marketing business, there are certainly some interesting options around.

yes it's network marketing, and from what I've seen of it recently I am starting to see why it's the way forward! It's just a shame that there are so many companies that now have a bad reputation because the people who work for them hard sell their products rather than just recommend them. If the products are really that good, they speak for themselves
