(As in the half fleece half elastic) How do you wrap them? Straight on the leg or strip down the back of the tendon? Also can you do xc in them (water complex) if fastened with tape and stitches?? Im becoming a convert from polo/fleece as very clever but naughty horse managed to grab them through the stable bars and tear them because very dim and stupid owner left them there for a few hours :o

I just put them straight on with no strip down the tendon.

Personally I wouldn't go XC in them because they hold the water to much,

Funny I have found them not to hold water at all if the elastic section is long enough! I discovered over the winter riding on the beach that when outer bandages got wet inside stayed dry and one day when I was doing flatwork and wasn't concentrating tide came in so had to walk through the sea to get back and legs were bone dry underneath. I don't do a strip down the back

Thank you, I have a set lying around (John Whitaker exercise ones) and thought I may as well use them but wanted to make sure there wasn't a different way of doing them to fleece :)
