I'm having trouble with Fizz's weight. When I moved her to MWH she was 17kg and admittedly needing to loose 1-1.5kg. She's now down the 15.3kg at 200g per day plus treats. Her poo has gone much softer again but any less and she drops weight and given that she's 22.5" she is too thin any lighter.

She's on the 70/30 mixes which were recommended for her breed/activity levels but I'm wondering if she should be on a different mix to help her put some more weight back on and stabilize without needing to over feed her? Or am I overthinking and as long as she stays stable that's the main thing?

I switched my two dogs to Millies Wolfheart last year- my skinniest dog has gained more weight than needed, and I'm having the opposite problem to you in that I feel I am underfeeding, but she is very happy in herself. I would contact the team at Millies, they are very helpful and will be able to give better advice- possibly a higher fat meat source in the food?

I would phone them. I think the 60/40s or 50/50s might be better for weight gain? My working labs are on the 60/40 and they eat barely anything.
Thistle on here has her dogs on the 70/30 and they have tonnes of it. (By my comparison).

Tayen put on weight on Millies, I normally feed raw, but was having trouble getting her to put on weight, she was having the Countryside dry.
