Those who feed vitamin E

I have had mine on Magnesium for a while now and has made a huge improvement. I was thinking of maybe adding Vitamin E as well. She has always been bolshy and tempremental. She has been so much better and much less uptight strop pot since being on the Magnesium.

Does vit E come in powder or oil form? If so which is best please? Forage plus seems to be the one to buy, is it the best to buy? Thanks

Forageplus natural vitamin E oil actually comes in powder form, as does the Progressive Earth version. They are both good quality products, but the Forageplus version works out cheaper in use.

Progressive Earth is slighty cheaper than FP

It's cheaper because its nearly half the iu than forageplus.
PE 1 x 5ml scoop = 1,105 iu
FP 1 x 5ml scoop = 2,000 iu
