Moved from Surrey to Somerset just after the prices went silly in Surrey and just before they did in Somerset. Bought a 3 bed semi with 4 acres and 5 stables. Have had to revennote the house (in fact we are still going after 7 years), and sort out the field.
We have a huge mortgage, which means we have to go without some other things our friends have, and the rennovations have cost loads. Which is why we are still going after 7 years because we have to do it a room at a time after we have saved up (only 1 room to go now)!
However its all worth it, having my horses at the end of my garden is the best!
