does yours leak? as i'm on my second one at this one seems to leak like the first but not so bad.
 
I brought one a while back for my mare it also leaks when the rain is more constant but is fine with showers/light rain.
 
Doesn't seem to unless it rains for days on end, like it is at the moment. Depends on whether you have the 600D or 1200D maybe? I have the 1200D.
 
Mine only leaks in very heavy persistant downpours, which I would expect really given the price of them.

I think they are good value but not the most effective on the market

I have the pink one (a couple of years old now) which is absolutely 100% waterproof! It's amazing.
I liked it so much, that I bought the navy one, the heavier denier, and it leaked like a sieve. I took it back and got my money back, as they said it was faulty.
But I am really pleased with my pink one

The lights (600 denier and generally the pastel/fashion colours) only withstand a light shower.

You need the navy blue 1200 denier to cope with proper rain. Both mine are in these and I have had no problems with leakage at all even in the recent monsoon!
 
nooo - i love the fit of my amigo lite, but havent had it on in really heavy rain... i have a masta delux lite that is totally 'the business' but its a lot warmer than the amigo, even though it is still a lightweight with no fill, so when its humid like just now but wet, i like the amigo.
 
Mine leaks.

I also have a Rambo Wug light that cost nearly £90 and after only one years use that now leaks like a sieve! Rang the company and they said to return it whilst they tested it but never bothered just bought some spray waterproof and reproofed them both.
 
As soon as I saw the topic i knew it woul dbe about they leaking. I have two!! The 1st one leaks but so far her new one has been ok.
 
the one i've got at the mo is a free relacement as the first one leaked. now this on is leaking aswell i'm going to take it back tomorrow.

I have been so pleased with it, its the first lightweight rug I've had that doesnt leak. I've had it a couple of years and even in the torrential rain yesterday he came in nice and dry

Ive got the bright blue one from last year - 600D i think, no leaks but it it has been ripped, hasn't really stood up to much...previously had a Saxon 'rain mac' as I call them - was fantsatic, lasted about 3 years and I use mine a lot cos my horse is a puff..
 
Mine doesnt leak...all rugs tend to if they have got sodden through for days on end but nope, its like like a second skin lol!

At 600D they are probably only shower proof.

They do a 1200D ripstop outer which is totally waterproof however.
 
MY 600D is fine in a shower..but useless in the type of rain we've had recently..

the 1200D is fine though..
 
I have a pale blue 600D one and it hasn't leacked at all, even in the very heavy rain we've had in Hampshire these last few days.

I was sceptical when I bought one as I am a big Rambo and Rhino fan but have to say that I am very impressed with this one. In fact I'd like to buy another but can't find a 6ft purple one unless one of you good peeps know where I could get one.......
