I just booked my first EVER horse Camp it isn't until end of August but I can't wait

One of my very wise horsey friends (who is coming to camp) came to see and sit on Samson yesterday. She complimented me on what a fantastic job I am doing with him. But boy what a bouncy trot he has more like a warmblood than a Welsh. So true in fact I have never seen a Welsh with a trot like his

Lastly I am taking Samson to her yard for a months holiday(change) as she has far better hacking than we do and I feel he should be doing a lot more hacking than schooling and at current yard that just doesn't happen. oh and would I please school her young horse for her while I am there

So I am feeling on top of the world right now

Wow that all sounds great! Hope you have loads of fun

I'm going to horsecamp too soon. It's gonna be ace. I haven't had a lesson in ten years and my mare can't really walk in a straight line so it should be interesting. The only good thing is it is going to be mainly hunting folk.

Their flatwork and jumping may be better but who's going to win the gymkhana.........their 17hh hunters........or my 14.3 polo pony!!!
