Just wondered what your thoughts were on Toby and Harrys Condition?
They are out during the day and in at night, Toby is on light/Med work and harry is on slighter harder work. Sorry for poor quality - was in a rush!

If they were mine Harry would be on a diet and Toby is ok. I'd be trying to build up a little more muscle too. I actually quite like Toby

Harry is a 14.1, 16yr old Welsh Cob, Toby is a rising 5yr old Welsh Cob.
In 'real' harry actually looks slighter than the photos, will find some more later - going for dinner now

Toby looks spot on. Theres room for more muscle - just like most horses!

Harry is more 'showing weight' I wouldn't want to see any him any more covered. Would be considering restricting grazing/muscle through spring unless your grass is poor. Can you feel his ribs?

Yes, i can feel his ribs - not as easy as toby tho
In the morning when he is first let out he seems alot leaner, but fills out a bit while out (he doesn't like hay/hayledge much so drops a little overnight) I know that hardly makes a difference really.
Harry also has been doing XC, interval type training at home without problems

Harry definately looks like he could do with loosing a little but not much, maybe just a bit more fitness work. Alternatively it could just be his thick coat that makes him look like he's carrying extra.

Toby doesn't look too bad, he could probably do with putting on what Harry has to loose!!! I don't know if it's the way he's standing but he looks like he has uneven muscle coverage on his hind quarters.

Is he badly one sided?
