HI all, newbie here. Used to work with cattle horses (quarter horses) in Montana but never done horses in the UK in the 7 yrs I've lived here. Now I've been brainwashed (well, asked nicely actually) into buying my friends' 15 mos colt, More Passion (Mojo). He has really good ground work skills, and very responsive but I bought him too late in the summer to have him cut 'til autumn. Even so, apart from being a bit brash at times he's been really good so far, bitted him up for the first time the other week and he's been fine all the way.

Looking for thoughts on his conformation as never been around or even seen an Arab x Cob 'til I moved here, he looks short and big-headed to me (coming from quarter horses!). Any chance of hitting 15hh? He's 13, maybe 13.2hh now, no info on dam or sire.

Thanks :)

Bit diff to say anything from that pic. You need one with his head up, side on with him stood of a level surface.

He looks sweet though!

He's 15months old? i would think if he's 13.2hh now then yes he would probably reach about the 15hh mark , i rather like him just going by that photograph :D best of luck..x

It's hard to comment on his conf from that pic but he does look a rather nice boy and I should say he will reach the 15hh mark quite easily. As a teenager I rode an aged cob x arab and she was the fastest and canniest thing around buyt oh so lovable. He has a eally nice look about him! Good luck!

Agree that he should make 15 hands. He will also grow into his head, it is not out of proportion to his legs.
