Sidebone with odd development/multiple fractures on the right? Negative palmar angle?

Presented as right front lameness. When the right foot was blocked the left was slightly lame which also blocked. Therefore wanted to do an MRI (as ?navicular). I chose not to due to his other issues etc. Left foot is similar, side bones not as dramatic

Fractured sidebone was what retired my gelding about 5 years ago. It did calcify but as a lump which caused him a mechanical lameness (ie didn't change with bute). Mine was a heavy horse so common sadly
