P.s I'm just looking at ads I'm not interested in this particular horse but fascinated by the video.
He's obviously jumping very hollow but not sure if that's his fault or not.

I think AA has answered lolCan you clarify what you're actually asking B?
I think AA has answered lol
I just liked the look of the horse so clicked on the video. Wondered why the horse was jumping that way. Guess it's being restricted with its head but not sure why its being restricted.Well no, she hasn't.
Before I give my answer I would like to know why you picked out that advert from thousands and asked for comment on it. I've got my own ideas, but please go first.

Not here to argue. Perfectly honest question.
Can I now ask what your ideas were, i.e why you thought i was asking? Just to clarify, I don't know the horse or rider or the place it is being jumped.Well no, she hasn't.

ETA I see that you have now edited your post and said it's jumping hollow.

I agree but would love to know what happens on landing when the rider does give with their hands. Wondered if it would do one. It's almost as if the rider is scared to let go.It’s impossible to make a judgement on how the horse actually jumps because the person riding it is socking it over every fence. I think you’ll struggle to find a horse who doesn’t jump hollow with its mouth being hauled out like that.

The second video is a bit more enlightening.I agree but would love to know what happens on landing when the rider does give with their hands. Wondered if it would do one. It's almost as if the rider is scared to let go.

I agree on both counts. It looks quite different in that one, doesn't it. Much more settled, fluent and a better shape.
Surely far too cheap for what it should be though?

Or, young rider is over horsed. The op could have posted the second video which is a nicer round of jumping, but instead chose to post first video which is an uncomfortable watch and the horse is undoubtedly uncomfortable also. If the horse is physically uncomfortable that is best left to a vet to decide at the point of purchase, the way the horse is looking through his bridle and locking onto to his fences despite his pilot not always being with him would suggest he is not physically unsound or in pain.Young horse. Has previously jumped 120 but currently jumping 110 with young rider. So it hasn’t been bought on to sell, yet is now for sale despite being perfect.

The op states they are not interested in buying or trying the horse being questioned, which is the right decision as the horse, based on the videos, is not a novice ride. Hopefully the op is not trying to ridicule the young rider or scupper the sale of the horse, who looks like very genuine forward thinking type.
