My daughter came home from honeymoon on Friday and did RC qualifier today in Novice and open sj.
The 5 year old did two lovely clear rounds and as there were 4 teams equal on 8 faults they had to jump off.He has never been asked to go fast and it really was a speed competition, he had one down,our team only had 3 riders so it had to count and put them in 3rd place, so he qualified last week for the dressage but not the jumping.
In the open there was only one team, ours,so they just jumped round and qualified, it was that easy, well not quite the jumps were quite big. So the coloured is going as well. They will have to be travelled separately and stabled miles apart or there will be neighing in the dressage,which will be penalised ,pain.
