I think this is what one of my liveries used along with daily tablets, the sarcoids, if that is what you are dealing with, disappeared over a period of 6 months and never returned.

My local boots got me some in after I'd asked, it is a very local branch (rural small town) and they will make up different tube sizes of homeopathic cream of whatever you like.
