Thumbs up for Ariat!

Dec '09 I purchased a pair of their long boots, loved em, so Dec '10 bought OH a pair.

Jan '11 Origional pair's left zip broke, put it down to faulty pair, but the other day the 2nd pair broke on the left zip, OH has skinny legs, mine are chunky monkey's, so obviously, my initial thoughts of fat legs went out the window.

Contacted Ariat, who said to send boots, postage paid by them. Sent them Yesterday lunchtime, just got a phone call to say they will replace both pairs for us, and send em back, so we will have them by the end of the week!

Yippee!!

They are fab boots! And with customer services like that, you can't complain! So so so impressed, considering we didnt even provide reciepts!!

ive been given 2 pairs seperately by people i know and now will never look back! comfier than slippers! x

I had the short ariats with zip in, one zip broke after a few months. Previosuly I had dublin short boots with a zip which completely fell apart after a few months, but would not accept that they were faulty, saying it was just wear and tear.
So when I contacted Ariat I thought they would say the same, however they sent out some new boots out very quickly which have lasted over 3 years be worn nearly every day! They are so comfortable and other brands can't hold a candle to them. I have brown pair now, and also want to puchase some more black ones as mine really are worse for wear now!
