Thumbs up for Ride Away customer service!

Ordered a breastplate a few days ago online, put the order through and sutpidly ordered havanna (well!!!!) I didn't notice til I put it through and then panicked!

I rang up Ride Away and a lovely lady said she'd put a note on my account, I didn't have much hope... But it came yesterday in black - BINGO

Well done Ride Away! Just thought I'd share!

I was in there the other day - it's fab and people are genuinely willing to help you. I'd work there if I could but have a feeling id need to take a pay cut

Sent my bp off no questions asked when the strap came away, no charge! I didn't have my receipt either!
