Thumbs up for Towergate Aiua!

I took out my insurance policy with Towergate late last year and was slightly apprehensive as I hadn't heard much about them. I had to put in a claim recently because my horse had scans and then radio shock treatment for his back. Towergate have been brilliant! I looked at my bank account and discovered that they had credited my account without me even knowing about it. It's the first time I've made a claim and had no questions asked by an insurance company. All very straightforward.
So I'm giving praise where praise is due. Thanks Toweregate!

Ooh, I should forward your comments to me ex-colleagues there (I worked there for about 7 years - underwriting, not claims though). The claims girls are pretty good as the ones who handle most of the horse claims are horse owners themselves and I think that helps.

I used to work for Towergate (different office, HGV insurance rather than horses!) - glad to hear they're still doing the right things. Mine is also insured with the Aiua office.
