Thundershirts

They really do help with anxiety and if you get a branded thundershirt then there is amoneyback guarantee if it doesn't work, however they are not cheap. I suggest looking at an anxiety wrap to begin with and see if this helps

I used one as a many pronged attack on a dog with severe separation anxiety. It absolutely would not have worked on its own, and honestly I'm not sure how much it really helped. I think what really sorted it was the training, the other stuff just took the edge off, probably more so other things, so he could rationally deal with it. If you want a big whippet puppy sized one then let me know, its in a drawer here somewhere here!

Your the second person to say that tonight, no idea whats going on! I used it on my bigger than he should be, chunky whippet when he was 4 to 7 months old ish. It was baggy in places but thats due to his whippety build, and they are quite forgiving as they need to be tight to work. I'll delete some stuff from my inbox now!

IT had definitely helped my little dog with thunderstorms and fireworks. He used to be scratching at cupboards and trying to hide, wouldn't settle or take any comfort. But with the thunder shirt he will sit with me quietly, he's still anxious and panting, but not frantically trying to hide.
