Can anyone recommend a Tibetan Spaniel breeder please?

Client is based in West Wales, and really wouldn’t want to travel more than an hour.

I’m trying to help them do it right, rather than possibly through an unscrupulous breeder....

You could try the Tibetan spaniel club, they might be able to recommend breeders.
