Tickets for HOYS (as spectator!!)

I have just gone on-line to book my annual ticket for HOYS and I'm shocked to see that there are none available (main Arena) for the first day, 3rd Oct. It doesn't actually say that they are sold out, it's just that 3rd Oct isn't even mentioned!!! I particularly wanted to go that day as a friend is judging. (And, no, he hasn't any spare as they (HOYS) are pretty mean with them!!) The shopping only tickets, £7, are a-plenty but it wouldn't be HOYS if I couldn't get to watch the main arena. Has anyone else been disappointed? I know I've left it a bit late but surely the first day can't be sold out already!!!!

Call the Box Office - 08700 10 10 52 - could be that shopping only tickets actually give you full access to arenas.

Thanks. I've just had a look on there today and it is showing the 3rd now for the International Arena. I'm sure it wasn't on there yesterday!!!

PS That looks like a hell of a lot of ragwort in that field!!!!

Seriously though, doesn't the pollen from the rape upset your horse's breathing? The trainers around Lambourn won't take their horses anywhere near a rape field if they can help it.
