Ticks

My horse has just had another 3 ticks removed from him today. Every day he is coming in with some, just tiny ones, but they are forming crusty scabs on him and not nice. Fly repelant dosnt stop them. Any idea what would?

i really dont know alot about them but could a fly sheet maybe stop them??

you can get something from your vets!

Get an O'tom tick remover from the vet, then you can take them off as soon as you see them.

Ask them about useing Frontline on him too.

He is already rugged ina rain sheet. And the ticks are tiny, maybe 2mm big rather than the big ones.

My boy seems to always have these ticks, they are horrid the best you can do is pray for a cold winter to kill them off as nothing else seems to help
