hi all,
not a very interesting post so thanks in advance to anyone who replies!
I have been wondering about buying a new shirt to wear for an upcoming BHS exam but all the ones I see have collars for stocks. I currently have a short sleeved shirt which i wear with a tie (umm might be a childs shirt as I'm not very big, I can't remember!). I wear it with a tweed jacket, just for exams and a few *very* low level local competitions. Have I been committing a terrible faux pas by wearing a shirt and tie with my jacket past the age of 12 (I am 32!)???
It's all a bit of a dilemma as i get so stressed and hot when riding in my jacket I end up dripping in sweat so was looking at the modern fabric shirts but they mainly seem to have short sleeves. For the cross country bit of the exam if it is a warm day they sometimes let you do it in shirt sleeves but only if you have long sleeves, if not it will be shirt, jacket and body protector and I might just pass out from heat exhaustion. :eek3:
Any ideas?? Thanks
