Tildren and shcokwave treatment

Has anyone got any views on the two treatments, (tildren and shockwave) and has anyone had it done on there horse and it has worked??
My pony has a pelivs fracture and been suggested by my vet to do this treatment on box rest. thankyou, Abbie

My horse had tildren for his hocks and it made no differnece. Itis blinking expensive though and cynical me wondered if vets use it because of that!
