Horse was worked up for lameness last week, nerve blocks, xrays, trotted in circles etc etc whole process around 3 to 4 hours. Although the xrays were pretty clear vet thought there were the beginnings of arthritis in her hocks but it was barely visible. Due to this he thought about tildren for her, although he had never used it as he said he never felt it was worth it on the other cases of arthritis he had seen as the arthritis was to far gone he felt in this case it was worth it. So it was administered via an intravenus injection over around an hour on Wednesday and there were no side effects. I am unsure of how long this will take before any if any improvement will be seen the vet seemed to think around a fortnight. I saw her trotting in the field to-day and although slightly lame she did appear to be moving a lot more easily after a few steps or maybe i am just looking for something that is not here. MY QUESTION IS - has any one used tildren and how long did it take to see improvement??? or no improvement.
