Tim Marsland- dealings anyone pls ?

Hi

I got halfway through purchasing a horse through him that failed the vetting.

He was very helpful and understanding and refunded my deposit with no quibbles.

Very genuine guy in my oppinion.
 
Bought a horse a 15.2hh little Skewbald from him last year - one of his ' little cheap and cheerful' equines - superb horse ! Tim was brilliant - very honest, helpful and a really pleasant person to chat to. No problem what's so ever. Have just looked at his Horsemart adverts as looking again for another would not hesitate to use him again !
 
I brought my mare off him last September. We went to see a young horse which was not right for me... he didnt try to sell me any others.. and didnt try to sell me the horse that he told me wasnt right! a few days later I saw he had advertised another on horsemart so enquired, wnet to see it and she was just as he described in his advert. He was honest and if I asked has she done this or that and he didnt know he said he didnt know(most dealers tell you exactly what they think you want to hear!) I found him to be genuine and honest. All the horses are very well cared for, both horses I went to view were plaited and beautifully turned out ready for veiwing a BIG difference to the other dealers I had visited who had a row of filthy horses with filthy tack lined up for me to try even tho Id gone to see a specific one ! Non of this at Tim's yard.

My horse was as he called "a cheap and Cheerful" he had in as a part ex. I asked him to pass my number on to the lady she had come from and a few days later I had a text from her. I am currently looking for a horse for my Mum and do keep checking but so far he hasnt had any "cheap and Cheerful" suitable advertised on Horsemart.

I would recomend this dealer to anyone ! He is genuine and generally a nice knowledgeable guy ! And he wont sell you a horse that isnt suitable !
