I think it will be a great night, but I was there on Sat for the Will & Pippa demo and I overheard people saying they would love to see Tim but it was too pricey so soon to xmas and too close to the Will & Pippa demo, so for those that are going have a great night.
I agree, i did argue with myself over spending £25 this close to xmas, but it's a one off and i don't spend much on myself normally, so thought what the hell
I saw him at West Point in Exeter and couple of weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed his demo. My friend has just won a lesson with him on one of his schoolmasters at his yard in Northampton, am extremely jealous of her!
We went last year to Moulton College, he was fantastic even OH who doesn't ride found him very intresting.
He even came into cafe in the break, he was very aproachable and friendly... enjoy!
Daniel a bit young for me, but someone in the audience used the cards for the questions for Tim to send him their phone number
I am still bouncing
about winning the lesson, but a part of me thinks it is a pity that someone there with a "proper" SJ didn't win as I ride 14.2 coblet and we dont go over 2'6''
It was a great night wasn't it? Well done for winning the lesson, you lucky thing, i am very, very envious!! I thoroughly enjoyed the evening, can't believe i was worried about the money side, at the end of the day where else can you go and get, constructive, informative advice and a good 3 hours of entertainment for 25 quid!!
Oh by the way Daniel is also too young for me but i still wouldn't say no
If you would like to sell your winning ticket Sit-Up please let me know - We were so disappointed not to have won!! Really would like a lesson with him
Sorry Bundle no chance of that, I have been so excited about this.
I may not compete to a high level but I love the way that Tim STockdale rides and was so impressed by his explanations of the theory he uses behind his riding technique.
Strange that I have suddenly become very popular and I now have a choice of horses that I could take. Have been offered a couple of really nice horses, but I want to take my sisters mare as she is the one I will be competing, and have worked so hard on to improve her way of going.
I also dont think it would be right to "sell" my ticket and make money out of what was for me a ouple of quid to a worthwhile charity.
