Time to call it a day - heartbroken

So very sorry for your loss. I let my beautiful girl go to sleep last Friday and it just hurts so much

The lameness was still evident even on painkillers and she wasn't happy in the field any more. I am so sorry but it sounds like you did the right thing for her doesn't make it any easier though, try to be kind to yourself and I know its raw at the moment but it honestly does get better xx
 
I am so sorry.
You did the very best that you could for her all the time that she was with you and again at the end. When the pain relief stops working there is nothing else that you can do and no other decision to make.
