Time to get vet out ...?

I'd get the vet out pronot. When sid came in from the field he had the tiniest cut ever. In fact we nearly missed it.
We called the vet despite everyone saying we were over reacting.
He'd broken his leg, spent 12 weeks on box rest and never came right.
Hopefully its nothing but if in doubt get the vet out!

If the wound is not healing it is possible there is a foreign body or perhaps a small bone chip in the wound. Hopefully it has not tracked back to the joint.
