Gosh hun I'm so terribly sorry. You're so incredibly brave to have made such a loving decision for her, sending you massive hugs. x x R.I.P. gorgeous girl.
I'm so sorry to hear this, i have a tear in my eye reading this. It's a decision none of us ever want to have to make but one that is necessary. My warmest thought and hugs coming your way, rest assured it sounds like it is the kindest thing for your beautiful mare.
Well done for thinking of your mare and not yourself - she will soon be pain free - try to remember that through the tears and the tough time ahead. Hugs xx
I'm so sorry to hear this, but you know her best and you have to make the right decision for her. I really feel for you. I was 'lucky' with my gorgeous boy, having had his company for almost 20 years he died unexpectedly in the field. Naturally I was (and still am) devastated, but at least I didn't have to make the tough decision that you have to. May I ask how old she is? She looks absolutely gorgeous!
Sending you my very best wishes and will be thinking about you this afternoon xxxxxxxx
