Is there an app to download which would allow me to set multiple timers at different times (and have them running together - so say, 1 to go at 60s, then 90s, then 60s, then 90s, then 90s and then 120s and so on for say 30 minutes) to help with interval training.

I can only have one running on the timer on the standard clock app on my phone so waste time setting it up each time after each and often forget so have to guesstimate how much trot/canter or rest we've had.

I'd love to just set it all up and pop my phone in my pocket for the rest of the session.

I think there are apps for HIIT timers - may be worth playing around with some of these as they’re for interval training at the gym! I used to use one but can’t remember which I’m afraid!

Thank you, didn't think to search for HIIT timers!

I use a Garmin watch for this - geared up for running intervals but works well

I don't have a Garmin but do have a Fitting, didn't think to see if it has an interval timer option. Thanks!

My Garmin is brilliant for programming really complex intervals. Before I got my Garmin, I was using an app called Exercise Timer that allowed me to programme complex intervals.
