Just to add, I don't mind Q's. In fact I WANT any prospective buyer to ask Q's about my boy as I want to know that they know everything and are happy before arranging a viewing etc.
It wasn't Qs at all that was putting me off or making me think timewaster, it was the people that the started going off on a tangent about other things and just generally being a bit dippy (sorry) and flaky and 'oh yeh, he is so fab, will ask mum and get back to you) and you know they never have any intention of doing so, not because they aren't interested just because they were never serious in the first place.
Spent an hour and a half on phone to people that are hopefully buying him last night, told them EVERYTHING, answered every single query they had as honestly as I could. Didn't resent any of the Qs at all or having to answer them because she had RUNG me and actually sounded GENUINELY interested.
