Timmy has now settled down to life here and we have found what he is happy doing, he is fine to hack/traffic/ride/jump/gymkhana etc, but nervous about the farrier (just shook not naughty) and occasionally isn't too keen to come to be caught, 99% of the time however he runs to the gate when you call him.
To ride he is far happier in a pelham, he is very strong in a snaffle and really doesn't like it, and he as today ridden by a young friend wih no problems whatsoever. I checked his past history with the Pony Club mentioned and they agreed he had done PP Cup practices etc and rallies.
I reckon he is now ready to sell, and we would far rather be honest about any quirks than not. My ideal home would be a small child of around 9 or 10 who is prepared to make a friend of him, but not be scared of the fact he is a forward going type.
price wise I reckoned £800? or do his drawbacks make him cheaper?
Suggestions before I advertise him on a site please..
sorry pics on my blog www.narramorehorses.blogspot.com
