I've found that my gp tipped me forwards so that I ended up pushing my boy onto his forehand.
I've had my saddle reflocked so that it sits level but I found that I'm still tipping.
last night felt absolutely awful
I made a conscious effort to sit back onto my bum (shouldn't be too hard - it's big enough
but then my left leg decided it didn't want to play.
saddle has been dealt with so it's definately me
i think I also tip in my dressage saddle but not as much. I dont remember this being an issue before I took a 4 year break.
any tips on how I can improve?
meant to add that it's only in trot
