I've found that my gp tipped me forwards so that I ended up pushing my boy onto his forehand.
I've had my saddle reflocked so that it sits level but I found that I'm still tipping.
last night felt absolutely awful :(
I made a conscious effort to sit back onto my bum (shouldn't be too hard - it's big enough  but then my left leg decided it didn't want to play.

saddle has been dealt with so it's definately me :(
i think I also tip in my dressage saddle but not as much. I dont remember this being an issue before I took a 4 year break.
any tips on how I can improve?

meant to add that it's only in trot

Lose the saddle and go bareback! Or get someone to lunge you in the saddle so you can do all those exercises with your arms that you learnt as a kid :)

I rode bareback on Friday whilst my saddle was being reflocked and believe me, it wasn't a pleasant experience :p
I might be able to rope someone into lunging me tonight so will give it a go (and hopefully I won't bounce off :p)

I find I tip from the waist - my legs are quite well behaved in the gp when it comes to position.
I rode him bareback today (ouchies) and made a conscious effort to sit back. it wasn't too bad - I managed to not get bounced off :p and did a few ears-tail exercises much to jerrys amusement :D
will try my dressage saddle tomorrow In case it's the gp
